AI Pool (Institutional)
Definition
In LetMeTeach's institutional platform, an AI pool is the shared block of AI usage hours allocated to an organization. Students in an org consume from the org's AI pool (not their personal hours). Admins manage pool size, monitor usage, and top up as needed. When the pool is depleted, AI features degrade gracefully with a prompt for the admin to top up.
